De lenteloop van dit jaar gaat door op het noordelijke deel van de Aarlesche heide, er zijn vier omlopen met de afstanden:

Omloop 1: 5,6 km technisch
Omloop 2: 4,5 km technisch
Omloop 3: 3,1 km technisch
Omloop 4: 2,6 km eenvoudig
