  • Omloop 1: Lang: 4.5km – 17 posten
  • Omloop 2: Kort: 2.6km – 10 posten


AFLOSSING:

Een ploeg bestaat uit drie deelnemers. Met maximum 2 lopers van de categorieën H-20, H21, H35 en H40, waarvan slechts 1 loper tot de categorie H21 mag behoren.

De te lopen afstanden zijn:

  • Loper 1 - 5,3km - 18 posten
  • Loper 2 - 3,5km - 13 posten
  • Loper 3 - 5,3km - 18 posten

De massastart wordt voorzien om 19u30.

De club geeft het aantal ploegen door ten laatste op 1/11/'25.
