Mixed Sprint Relay: Teams consist of 2 runners, 1 man and 1 woman, both running 2 times.

Youth -16 (Oldest runner of the team is 16 or younger)

Masters 55+ (Youngest runner of the team is 55 or older)

PRICES
Youth -16 get a 50% reduction on the prices below.

Early Bird Price (Until and including 02/04/2023)
ASOM Friday = 8 €

Normal Price (Until and including 30/07/2023)
ASOM Friday = 10 €

Late Price (From 31/07/2023
ASOM Friday = 10 €

Orienteers from a BELGIAN club recieve the payment via their clubs after the competition.
Orienteers from FOREIGN clubs can pay immediately with credit card in Opunch.

There is no individual race on Friday.

The ASOM maps were all remapped and there are some new areas available for the competition. All maps will be ISSprOM2019-2.

Friday/ The Mixed Relay race on Friday will be at the Dr. Guislain museum. This is an old psychiatric centre in a beautiful setting.
Many route choices in a spectacular relay vibe is what you can expect!
